青蘋果果肉切成細丁,果心保留整隻.與鳳梨ㄧ起放入便當盒中。

下砂糖,10-15%得鳳梨與蘋果重量,再放50克的檸檬汁。

93℃ / 90 分鐘
將滿滿食材的便當盒,放入電鍋中,外鍋加800cc水 已不會淹過為原則 Remy溫度棒放在外鍋中,設定93c 90分鐘。

時間到後,很燙,請小心取出.先把鳳梨蘋果汁取出.入炒鍋中收到1/3時,轉中小火,再把果肉放入,慢熬到你要的濃稠度,約5分鐘.
