1800 ℃ / 70 分鐘
烤盤鋪上烤盤紙,放入肋排與醬汁,再覆蓋上ㄧ層烤盤紙,放入預熱好的烤箱180c 蒸烤方式烤透, 烤70分鐘後.
取出覆蓋的烤排紙。
